Year 3 and Year 4 Tennis Competition

Year 3/4 Tennis Competition @ Pendle Vale College

Well done to our Year 3/4 Tennis team who finished in Runners Up position on Monday afternoon in the Pendle Schools Tennis Competition at Pendle Vale College. The children played 3 games in the group stages against other local schools – winning them all convincingly before reaching the final where they narrowly missed out winning the overall competition to a very strong Earby Springfield outfit. The children all played fantastic throughout the afternoon in very windy conditions, putting all the skills they have learnt recently in PE in to action. The children showed a great attitude and teamwork too. Well done team!
