Reception class had a great time sharing part of their ‘Welly Wednesday’ with their Gardeners from Year 6 along with a shared snack time together too. Lots of child led and independent learning through play. Then lots of maths work out on the yard this afternoon. With number line writing, 1-1 correspondence with a friend and then shape drawing which turned into a shape game whilst developing our fundamental skills from PE. Then we ended the day with a shape hint of our four basic 2D shapes. Can they tell you something fun they enjoyed today? #learningtogether #learningthroughplay #gisburnroadfamily
