Year 2 had a fantastic morning with the Year 2 class at Coates Lane Primary School! Following this year’s Science Week theme of ‘connections’, we ‘connected’ our communities together. Our challenge was to use marshmallows and spaghetti to build the tallest tower. We used our STEM (Science, Technology, Engerineering and Mathematics) skills to work out how to connect the materials and how to build a strong structure.
