Please find attached the Parent/Carer Information Sheet for the Thinking Doing Talking Science (TDTS) Study.

Please be aware that you have 1 week to consider the information and return the Withdrawal Form (found at the end of the information sheet) to school if yyou do not want their child(ren) to take part in the study. If you are happy for your child(ren) to take part, you do not need to do anything.
