Year 1 award winners
⭐ Golden Star of the Week ⭐
- Rose Bednarek for persevering with her maths this week. Rose used the base 10 equipment to help her work out 10 more and 10 fewer than a given number. She kept on going until she was able to do this independently. Well done Rose!
Reading Award
- Jaxon Hawthornthwaite for reading our new text fluently in English. Jaxon worked with a partner to read through and decode then he was able to read the sentences fluently independently!
Sports Award
- Frankie Carroll for demonstrating some excellent ways of travelling to music and using different pathways in her sequence of dance too.
